Products from LuxePak, LLC (The Company) are warranted to the original retailer/distributor when purchased from an authorized distributor/retailer, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 Days from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, either replacement parts or products, at the option of LuxePak, LLC will be made available at no charge to the customer, provided that The Customer can provide proof of purchase or order number.  Replacement parts for products outside the 48 continental United States will incur a shipping charge. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks and dents, damage caused by normal wear and tear from use, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes, or damage to a product that has been modified or altered. 

For products not under warranty, replacement parts are available by emailing us at help@LuxePakIt.com.
