Products from LuxePak, LLC, are warranted to the original buyer, when purchased from an authorized retailer/distributor, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, either replacement parts or products, at the option of LuxePak, LLC, will be made available at no charge to the customer provided that the customer can provide proof of purchase. Replacement parts for products outside the 48 continental United States will incur a shipping charge. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, dents, damage caused by normal wear and tear from use, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, or other acts of nature, or external causes or damage to a product that has been modified or altered.
For products not under warranty, replacement parts are available by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
